Nick Sherman began his lacrosse carrier with the Westside Warriors in 6th grade as an attack-man. He continued on to participate in club lacrosse as the team-captain of the first Oaks Christian High School J.V team, the first Pacific Palisades J.V team and the Malibu varsity team. After high school, he was recruited by Oberlin College in Ohio and became a leading scorer on their NCAA, Varsity, division 3 Lacrosse team. Throughout high school, he spent over 75 service hours assistant coaching for the Westside Warriors middle school club team. His dedication to remain influential in the L.A Lacrosse community led him to develop a program that naturalizes players to the sport as a means to foster integrity, leadership and confidence in its newest members.

Coach Cavalero hails from Annandale Virginia where he grew up with the sport of lacrosse. In high school, he played four years of varsity Lacrosse and was named honorable mention for the Washington Post's All-Met team. During his senior year, Tony was a Football, Wrestling and Lacrosse team-captain. Following high school, he went on to college at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia. At VMI, Cavalero lettered all four years and was a starter for three of those four. He was ranked nationally in groundball and face-off percentages. His groundball numbers ranked him in VMI's all-time list and he was named a two-time Worrell-Fallon MVP. He was a 2006 honors graduate with a BA in history and a minor in French. His summers away from VMI were spent coaching lacrosse camps and clinics across the country with the likes of 3 time All-American, Jesse Hubbard, and the VMI head coach, Doug Bartlett. Currently, Tony serves as assistant coach at Palisades Charter High School, plays for the Hollywood lacrosse club and hopes to join the Riptides, Los Angeles' Major League Lacrosse team, in the future.
